Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We will notify you of any significant changes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Shipping: 4 business days

• International Shipping: 6 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or external factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
